You pay and receive an invoice immediately. For the Gap Check, we send an intake questionnaire within one business day; the 48-hour clock starts when the completed questionnaire is received back, and you receive a PDF report. Checklists and the policy pack are emailed after payment.
For the Gap Check: cancel any time before the intake questionnaire is sent and the fee is refunded in full, to the original card; once the report is delivered the fee is non-refundable, as the work is complete. For digital products (checklists, policy pack): refundable until the file has been sent. A factual error in a cited rule is corrected and reissued free. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the receipt link and stop at the end of the paid month. Refund requests: the email below, answered within 3 business days.
If a charge seems wrong, email us first — most issues resolve the same day, faster than a card dispute. If you raise a dispute, we provide the invoice, delivery record and correspondence to your card issuer via Stripe.
Reports cover the named regimes only. We do not accept clients subject to UN, UK, EU, US or Japanese sanctions, or anyone we cannot identify. There are no promotions, discount codes or loyalty schemes. This is a compliance assessment, not legal advice, and not a filing service; take formal legal advice before you file. Liability is capped at the fee paid.
